How To Order

Shopping at WHALEGRIL is easy. Simply follow the steps below :

Step 1

Add some item(s) into your Shopping Cart.

1. Select the size, color or quantity if necessary. Please check your size before placing orders. Just click "Size Chart";

 

2. Click on “ADD TO CART” 

Step 2

Check out when item selection is completed.

1. Click on “CHECKOUT ” if you are ready to place the order.

 

Step 3

Log in your WHALEGRIL account.

1. Choose "Login in" if you already have an account on our site;
2. Choose Register to create an account with your otherwise;

 

Step 4

Fill in Customer Information.

1. Fill in the contact information and shipping address;

2. Click on "Continue to shipping method" if you finish the two steps above;

 

    Step 5

    Complete shipping method

    1. Check your contact information and shipping address and make sure that they're correct.

    2. Choose a shipping method.

    3. Click on "Continue to payment method"

    Step 6

     Complete order

    1. Choose a payment method and a billing address.

    2. Click on "Complete order" after payment.

    NOTES:

    • We will begin to process your order upon receipt of your payment and an email will be sent to you for order confirmation then.
    • You may check order status and track the parcel(s) in My Orders after logging in your account on our site.
